Creation of a Risk Assessment Act for the Protection of People, Property, and Operations
In accordance with the Private Security Act (“Official Gazette of RS,” No. 104/2013, 42/2015, and 87/2018), the creation of a Risk Assessment Act is mandatory for legal entities, except for micro-legal entities. This document identifies and analyzes security risks that could threaten the people, property, and operations of your organization and proposes preventive and reactive measures to mitigate them.
