Personal Data Protection – Security Innovation Center at the Faculty of Security Studies

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018), any organization that collects and processes personal data is required to ensure the legality, security, and transparency of these processes. This law defines the rights of individuals, the obligations of data controllers and processors, as well as the penalties, which can reach up to 2,000,000 RSD in cases of non-compliance.
